This course will identify a plan to test your individual genetics that will show you what you will respond to best, along with teaching you the best biceps building exercises. Biceps are a unique muscle group that respond to high levels of eccentric loading, form dictates function and the elbow flexors are capable of storing much higher levels of elastic tension than other muscle groups.
